3-Day Unconditional Inspection Period

Upon receipt of your timepiece, you have 3 business days to inspect the watch. If you decide to return it, notify our concierge at luxuryaverionwatches@gmail.com or call +1 (323) 314-531.

Condition of Returned Timepieces

Returned watches must be unworn, undamaged, with all protective factory plastics intact, accompanied by original box, manual booklets, hang tags, and guarantee cards.

Refund Disbursement

Refunds are issued to the original payment source (bank wire or card) within 2 business days of our watchmakers inspecting and approving the returned item.
